Browser-based print QA
Catch the QR failure before the print run.
Inspect the final artwork, set the real print conditions, and get a plain-English approval report before production starts.
Choose your starting point · These are separate workflows
Inspect artwork that already contains a QR
Upload a finished design only when the QR is already visible in it. No QR yet? Create one first.
Artwork and destinations stay in your browser. Practical preflight—not ISO certification.
BUILT FOR FILES THAT BECOME PHYSICAL
02 / THE REAL RISK
The handoff is where QR codes break.
A perfect source code can still fail after it is resized, cropped, recolored, compressed, or placed too close to other artwork. Preflight the file your customer will actually see.
PAYLOAD
Confirm the artwork still decodes to the intended destination.
CONTRAST
Estimate the light–dark separation inside the detected symbol.
MODULE SIZE
Compare physical module size with the selected surface.
QUIET ZONE
Look for the clear four-module margin scanners need.
DISTANCE
Check code width against the real viewing distance.
HANDOFF
Export a report that records what was checked and when.
03 / APPROVAL FLOW
Three steps between artwork and approval.
Upload the final file
Use the export that is actually being placed into the production layout—not the untouched QR source.
Set real conditions
Tell QR Preflight the physical width, expected scan distance, and surface the code will live on.
Record the decision
Download a timestamped report, fix warnings, and still scan a physical proof before the full run.
04 / BUILT TO SCALE
One file today. A whole approval queue tomorrow.

05 / HONEST ANSWERS
Know what this check can—and cannot—prove.
Does a “ready” result guarantee every print will scan?+
No. It means the digital artwork passed practical checks under the conditions you entered. Always test a physical proof on representative devices before production.
Is this an ISO/IEC 15415 verification?+
No. Formal verification requires calibrated optical hardware and the final printed symbol. QR Preflight is an earlier, inexpensive risk screen.
Does my artwork get uploaded?+
No. Image decoding and analysis run locally in supported browsers. The file never needs to leave your device.
Why inspect final artwork instead of the source QR?+
Layout and export steps can crop the quiet zone, reduce resolution, change colors, or shrink modules. The final artwork is the closest digital representation of what will be printed.
